Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any outstanding balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. m271 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their account information. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
- Do not share your password with anyone, including customer support staff.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
All users of the m271 platform are required to comply with the rules and guidelines set out when using any part of the platform. This includes the Sports Betting, slots, lottery, and live match sections.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including permanent account closure:

All financial transactions on the m271 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including FPX (direct bank transfers from Malaysian banking institutions) and approved e-wallets. FPX deposits are typically processed instantly, subject to the availability of the respective banking service.
Winning withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered and verified at the time of account creation. m271 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits. Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of a suspension, the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. Decisions to close accounts due to fraud or serious violations are final.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trade names, and visual elements on the m271 platform are the exclusive property of m271 and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
